Dear Mr. Don Hinkebein,
It is our custom whenever a company gives great service to write a note of appreciation.
Many factors entered into the decision to choose your company to do the recent air
conditioning work on our house. Outside of a few communication problems that we
resolved we certainly are pleased with your staff. The workers, Steve and Mark,
did a magnificent job for us. They were polite, professional and did their work
in an efficient way.
We feel that they treated our house like it was their own... giving extra care to
bringing equipment inside, as well as, making things look appealing to the eye.
Overall, we can't say enough about the job they did for us.
