Dear Mr. Hinkebein:

Over the Memorial Day weekend my thermostat shorted out and I was without air conditioning. On Tuesday morning, May 27, I called and Leah said they would try to fit me in for that day. I explained that I am 75 years old and suffer greatly from the heat and I would appreciate that very much. By 6PM I had kind of given up hope that service would be done that day but called to make sure and Alex assured me that someone would be here, and I found him and Leah to be true to their word.

Much to my delight Bubba came. He recognized that my house was very warm. He installed a new thermostat and it showed the temperature in my house was 88 degrees. After he left he called me twice to make sure everything was working and that my house was cooling down and it was. He told me her would be back the next evening to install a plate behind the thermostat. He did everything he said he would do.

I found Bubba to be professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. He was courteous and caring. You do not see that in most employees these days and he is to be commended.

I am glad I selected you for my service contract. I am grateful to Bubba for performing my service.
