I just wanted to thank you again for your assistance and guidance in purchasing
my new furnace and air conditioner. Every person in your company with whom I interacted
was friendly, helpful, and patient. I appreciate all of their help.
I am enjoying the odorless warmth and sense of safety I am experiencing and know
I will continue to do so as the winter arrives, moves on, and the heat of the summer
to watch my new air conditioner. In a world where there seems so little kindness,
