To my friends at The DFH company. I recently responded to the online survey
that Trane requested. I thought I would share my response with you. Please
let everyone know how much I appreciated your service.
My response:
I would not hesitate to recommend the DFH Company and the Trane products to
my family and friends.
Don Hinkebein came out to the house and answered all my questions. Sure
enough, I thought of some more questions, he thoughtfully answered those
too. He always personally took my calls. I never felt rushed or pressured.
Our two installers were on time, professional and courteous. Mike Armstrong
was one of the installers. I apologize for not remembering the other man’s
name. The installation included new coils atop an older furnace. It required
custom work to make the two fit together. The result was professional and
well finished. I appreciated how they treated my home like it was their own.
There is another person I have to mention because of her focus on customer
needs and most of all her patience. Office Manager Leah Sims helped me
schedule the install. I appreciate her professionalism even as I changed the
date and time on her several times. This was incredibly important to me as I
was juggling installers, doctors appointments and kids activities all on the
same day.
